Happy Friday, Westsiders. Jodie and I are in Charleston, SC this weekend and things move a little slower down here. It’s a beautiful town with rich history. It’s kinda of like Cleveland but with more horse-drawn carriages and seafood.

When we get to travel, we love our time away. What makes Cleveland special to us is how it makes us feel when we return.

One of the many things that make living on The Westside superior, is the proximity to Hopkins International. There’s nothing more exhilarating than sleeping past your alarm on a morning you have a flight, driving urgently (ahem safely) to the Orange Lot, and getting to your flight in time. Total elapsed time from your door to your gate… approximately 14 minutes.

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is launching an impressive transformation called "CLEvolution" that will completely reimagine the traveler experience. Starting with a $175 million airline-approved investment last year, they've now secured an additional $301 million to expand parking capacity, creating a new 1,600-space Gold Lot by 2026 and a massive 6,000-space garage with a transportation center by 2029.

This first phase addresses the most pressing needs before ultimately building a brand new, modern airport entrance by 2032. What I think is sneakily the best part of the stunning $1.6 billion investment? Higher ceilings with more natural light! First impressions are everything. Nothing sets the tone for a great air travel experience like feeling spacious, open and free before you have to be crammed in a metal tube for a few hours.

Before reading the headline, how many waterfalls do you think you could find in Northeast Ohio? I bet it would be way less than 25!

One thing you should know about me is that I am drawn to water. Fascinated by it.

The Frank Lloyd Wright house, Fallingwater, enchanted me to the point of obsession.

Feels Good Yoga Brings the Heat—and Heart—to Lakewood

After struggling to find a studio on the west side that offered the hot power and sculpt classes she loved, Michelle Sileo decided to create the space she was looking for—one filled with strength, community, and purpose. With the support of her husband Tony, Feels Good Yoga was born right in the heart of Lakewood.

Michelle, who also owns a dance studio in Solon, teamed up with studio manager Emily Ragland to bring the vision to life. The result? A welcoming, inclusive space offering everything from hot yoga to chair yoga to kids’ classes. On select Fridays, they turn the practice into purpose by hosting donation-based classes that benefit rotating philanthropies.

Ready to flow? Feels Good Yoga is offering 2 weeks of unlimited classes for just $39.

The Cavs broke our hearts in Game 2 | Rocket Arena

It took me 2 days after the Cavs epic meltdown in the final minutes of Game 2 to muster up the courage to write this. WE WERE UP 7 WITH 48 SECONDS TO GO…AND LOST!!!

Donovan Mitchell put up 48 points in a gutsy performance, but looked gassed down the stretch. We struggled to get the ball in bounds. We didn’t deal with their on-ball pressure well.

Then we did the one thing you can’t do down 2 points…Let their best player shoot a 3!!!

In Cleveland, nothing is given and everything is earned. It’s time to dig deep Buzz Nation. Let’s see what this Cavs team is made of. We still believe.

I told you all I would be better about following up on polls we run here at The Buzz. My favorite thing about The Buzz is the community we have built and the feedback we receive from members of Buzz Nation.

Over 73% of respondents said they would be interested in a Great Lakes cruise! We agree wholeheartedly with Buzz Nation. We love the idea of seeing places close by we’ve never been to via our Great Lakes.

We also agree with almost every respondent saying that the $6,000 price tag for a 10-day cruise was too pricey. We will keep an eye out for a more affordable option in the future.
